Vladimir Karaleev "RE-FORMATION" SS2012

Berlin-based fashion designer Vladimir Karaleev showed his SS2012 collection RE-FORMATION at the 4FASHIONSHAKE IV by OZON that took place on Wednesday, Novenber 23rd at Pallas Theatre.


Athens String Quartet opened the show.


A while after, a semi-diaphanous fabric screen came down on the stage and divided it in half.
From being the main attraction, their performance bacame the perfect acoustic and visual background for Vladimir Karaleev's work.

As you will see yourselves, I had a hard time editing down the outfits, as I really liked them all and I considered them a solid body of work, so prepare for some serious scrolling.




















It was a great honour that OZON had Vadimir Karaleev come all the way from Berlin to organise his show and greet the audience.


Being the last show of the night, the closing moment involved everyone who participated - musicians, performers and models - sharing the stage for one last time.

Congrats everyone at OZON for yet another great event.

Digitaria at 4FASHIONSHAKE IV

Digitaria's presentation at 4FASHIONSHAKE IV wasn't just a fashion show, it was more like a music and art performance.

Etten composed the original music and performed live on stage along with Niadoka.

The dark and twisted (pun intended) concept was conceived by artist H.O.P.E. who has worked before both with Etten on her music video for 20.45 sling directed by Babis Makridis and also Eleftheria Arapoglou of Digitaria, designing a series of t-shirts titled "The birth of n.7" that came out on December 2010.

Shaun Samson Man SS2012

Shaun Samson presented his man SS2012 collection last Wednesday at the 4FASHIONSHAKE IV by OZON.

Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to fix my camera settings (translation: I still haven't figured out my DSLR completely) so all my pics look somewhat "burned"...

4FASHIONSHAKE IV by OZON took place tonight at Pallas Theatre in the heart of downtown Athens and I'm happy to report it was absolutely amazing.

4FASHIONSHAKE by OZON magazine is back and this time the motto is SHAKE THE DISEASE

4FASHIONSHAKE is one of OZON's most ambitious projects. It is an innovative fashion festival inspired by OZON Magazine, aiming to shake Greek fashion up. In order to reach this goal the festival works as a platform for new creators and designers, urging them to present their work in the most artistic and innovative way through experimenting with various means of presentation. 4FASHIONSHAKE aspires to show how deeply this cultural product, fashion, connects with contemporary art. The first 4FASHIONSHAKE, a very successful step, is taking the form of an institutionalized event which will work as connecting point for the Greek fashion and art scene.
